General provisions
1.1. This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) was developed in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and regulates the procedure for refunds between the GetVIP service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), drivers and clients.
1.2. The GetVIP service acts as an aggregator, connecting clients and drivers to provide taxi services, and charges a commission for its services.
Return Policy
2.1. A refund to the client is possible in the following cases:
Cancellation of an order before the driver starts fulfilling the order.
Poor quality of service provided by the driver.
Technical errors in the operation of the Service.
2.2. A refund to the driver is possible in the event of technical errors in the operation of the Service, which led to the incorrect calculation of the commission.
Return procedure
3.1. To make a return, the client or driver must contact the Service support service with a corresponding request.
3.2. The return request will be processed within 10 business days from the date of receipt.
3.3. Once the refund request is approved, the funds are returned to the client's or driver's bank account within 5 business days.
Refusal to return
4.1. The service has the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:
The order was completed in full and without violations.
Lack of evidence of poor quality service provision.
Attempted fraud or abuse of the Service.
Final provisions
5.1. All disputes arising in connection with the return of funds are resolved through negotiations between the Service, the client and the driver. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
5.2. The service reserves the right to make changes to this Returns Policy. Changes come into force from the moment they are published on the official website of the Service.
